Emulsifiers use a vaccuum-based mixing process to blend fluids which require significant processing, or to blend immiscible substances or combine powders and liquids. Using a low pressure vacuum suction, particles are centrifuged towards the pump head, then pushed at high pressure through a slotted emulsifying head to break them down and disperse them evenly through the solution. This effective vacuum-based mixing process resuts in effective homogenisation or blending, creating even textures and uniform particles.

FluidPro Base Entry Emulsifiers
