FluidPro's Quality Policy
FluidPro provides the design & manufacture of mixers, agitators, heat exchangers and tailored fluid mixing solutions. We strive with the innovation and leadership to provide quality and consistent service and excellence.
We will achieve this through teamwork at all levels and will ensure that these objectives are communicated and understood throughout the organisation.
We will commit to:
• Comply with statutory obligations, specifications, and codes relevant to quality management.• Providing quality product and systems• Maintaining a robust supplier control program• Collecting and reviewing customer satisfaction • Provide staff with ongoing training and development opportunities.• Maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001
Through the HSEQ system, quality is achieved by:
• Understanding customer requirements.• Promoting staff training – both external and in-house.• Monitoring of processes for improvement opportunities; and• Communication of management expectations to the organisation.
This Quality Policy along with our Quality targets & objectives is reviewed annually. Any improvements identified from the review will be included in the Quality Policy to increase effectiveness to ensure continual improvement. The Quality Policy will be available to customers, suppliers and other external interested parties via our website, and a copy may be sent to them if requested. For internal interested parties including staff, copies will be located throughout the site. The HSEQ Manager is authorised to ensure that the requirements of this Quality Policy and the System are implemented.
